Your therapist may assign you to-dos, to ask you to do homework or fill in Trackers to measure how you are doing
To-do list
- Tap 'View my to-dos' on the Home tab
- Tap a to-do to carry out the to-do
- You may also find to-dos in the Calendar tab, on the day on which a to-do is due
Create to-dos
- Tap 'Create a to-do', and select for what tool you want to create a to-do (Diary, a tracker, thought record, etc.)
- Optionally: Pick a due date, set a notification and a repetition (daily, weekly, weekdays, monthly)
- Choose a Custom to-do if you want to create your own to-do, like: Go for a walk, Breathing exercises, Go to bed early
Edit or Cancel to-do
- Longpress a to-do, to be able to Edit or Cancel a to-do
Notifications
- Use notifications to remind yourself of your to-dos
- Note: Make sure to allow notifications for the NiceDay app in your phone settings.
