With trackers, you can keep track of and describe your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Over time, you and your therapist will get an idea of how you're doing, what trends and disruptions there are, and what progress you're making.
- Tap '+' button
- Tap ⚙️
- Tap '+ New tracker'.
- Choose a tracker, such as 'Nightmares', tap 'Add'
Create a To-do
- Tap 'View my to-dos' on the Home tab
- Tap 'Create to-do'
- Choose a tracker, for example, 'Nightmares'
- Choose whether the to-do has a deadline or not, and whether you want to receive a push notification.
Decide whether the to-do will repeat (daily, weekly, weekdays, monthly)
Edit or cancel a to-do?
- Tap 'View my to-dos' on the Home tab
- Press and hold a to-do for 3 seconds that you want to modify for a notification, date, or repetition, for example, 'Nightmares'
- Tap Save
Note: Make sure to allow notifications for the NiceDay app in your phone settings.
