With trackers, you can keep track of and describe your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Over time, you and your therapist will get an idea of how you're doing, what trends and disruptions there are, and what progress you're making.
- Tap '+' button
- Tap ⚙️
- Tap '+ New tracker'.
- Choose a tracker, such as 'Nightmares', tap 'Add'.
Enabling notifications? Yes! ?
- Tap 'View my trackers' on the Home tab
- Tap the tracker for which you want a notification, for example 'Nightmares'
- Tap ?
- Tap '+ Set notification'
- Choose a repetition (once or daily, for example)
- Tap 'Push notification' to receive a notification on your phone
- Need multiple notifications per day? Repeat the above steps.
NB: Make sure to allow notifications for the NiceDay app in the settings of your phone
Turn off notifications?
- Tap ‘View my trackers’ on the Home tab
- Tap the tracker for which you want to change notifications, f.e. ‘Nightmares’
- Tap ?
- Tap 'x' to remove notification(s)
