- App updates: Make sure your app is up to date to the latest version in the App or Google Play store.
- Hardware updates: Make sure your phone is updated to the latest operating systems.
- Hardware: Do you have a phone that is about 6 years old or older? For these devices, manufacturers often no longer release hardware updates, which may cause the NiceDay app (and other apps) not to work.
