We are sorry you're having trouble with the NiceDay app. There are a number of things that can help troubleshoot problems in the app.
- Try closing the app completely (not just sending it to the background) and opening it again.
- Try restarting the app. You can restart the app by going to the "Profile" tab and then tapping on the cogwheel in the top right corner.
- Try restarting your mobile phone.
- Make sure you have a stable WiFi signal or try switching to 4g.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app. You can update the app via the app store or play store.
