Navigate to the heading 'chats' in the support tab of the app. Here you can see all the contacts you have in NiceDayTap on the professional you want to contact under 'chats'. In the top right of the chat window are two symbols. Click on one of the two symbols to start a call.
- Click on the phone symbol to call your professional.
- Click on the camera symbol to video call your professional.
