Not connected with a professional? Can you borrow someone else's phone to log in to the NiceDay app and send a connection request to your professional? Don't forget to log out afterwards! Once you are connected to your professional, you can use our web portal.
Tip: you can send a connection request by going to 'Support' in the NiceDay app, and clicking on the '+' in the top right corner. Use the search bar to search for your professional's name. You can then send a connection request.
